To our clients and the communities we serve,

Those of us at Applegate & Dillman Elder Law have been deeply saddened and disturbed by recent events in our country. Many of us don’t know what it feels like to be victims of racism or experience hatred based on our skin color.  But, as a company, and as the individuals that make it up, we can demand the change needed so that no one has to again experience the fear and anger many have expressed in recent days.

We pledge to do all we can to help increase awareness of racial inequality, educate, and unify the Central Indiana communities where we do business. Applegate & Dillman Elder Law is committed to ensuring all Hoosiers feel welcome, valued and appreciated.

Respect and change begins at home. That’s why we give every employee, of every background, a voice. As a firm, we commit to hiring and personnel policies that seek to include all races, religions and sexual orientations. Having different perspectives and backgrounds helps us serve our clients better and makes us a stronger law firm. That’s our commitment to you.

Help us keep the conversation going by sharing your thoughts on racial inequality and social injustice. Email us at anna@applegate-dillman.com with your feelings or post them on our social media pages. We’re here to listen.

Sincerely yours,

Applegate & Dillman Elder Law Attorneys and Staff
