Dillman Law Group regularly assists elders and their families with legal issues. We see many families struggling when a vital member of their family is diagnosed with some form of dementia. Although we assist with long-term estate planning, guardianship, Medicaid applications and appeals, we are not doctors or psychiatrists so we are not able to assist with the non-legal issues which the families face. However, many resources are available in their communities and a good, specialized care facility can be a critical piece for the family.
