Business Development and Intake Administrative Assistant

Applegate & Dillman Elder Law is growing again! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist our Business Development and Intake Team.

 An Administrative Assistant is needed to assist with busy, growing, law firm in coordinating new client appointments, educating potential clients as to the services the firm can offer and follow up with potential clients prior to their retention of the firm. This position will be responsible for tracking all potential clients, scheduling appointments, appointment confirmations, follow up on all documents requested and retention agreements and other administrative tasks including, but not limited to, social media marketing, assisting with marketing event logistics, scanning, filing and updating notes for same.  Ideal candidate should be organized, personable, and someone who takes initiative. Experience with Sales and Customer Service is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.

This position will require being staffed at our Zionsville location: 1120 W. Oak Street, Suite 150, Zionsville, IN 46077.  However, travel to our other offices may be needed and will be requested in advance.
