Christine Stolle

Christine has been practicing law for over 20 years, dedicating her career to handling all aspects of litigation, representing individuals, families, and businesses in complex relationship transactions in a variety of litigation issues including contractual matters, complex division and distribution of estates, and financial transactions. She has a passion for helping families work amicably through disputes, when possible, but her litigation experience serves when fierce advocacy is needed for her clients.

Christine attended Butler University for her undergraduate degree and received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 2002, graduating with high honors. Christine began her career at one of the top four largest law firms in Indianapolis, handling all areas of business litigation, including contracts and commercial disputes, shareholder/owner disputes, production distribution disputes, contract interpretation, labor and employment law issues, product liability, matrimonial and family law, and discovery compliance, among others.  

When asked what she loves most about being a part of Applegate & Dillman Elder Law, Christine says she loves the collaboration among the teams and its holistic approach to Elder Law. Christine practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Guardianship, Probate Administration and Litigation, and Family and Matrimonial Law.

Outside of the office, you can find Christine hiking, swimming, or enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Matt, and her children, Anna and Evan. Christine is an avid National Park enthusiast and loves to travel.
